"I had such a lovely experience at the Costa in North Finchley on Wednesday, all thanks to the two wonderful girls working there. One of them, a sweet Asian girl, kindly approached me to see if I needed any help – such a simple gesture, but it made me feel so welcomed. The other young lady (she looked Latina) was absolutely amazing with her service standards – attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring in the way she handled everything. It’s rare to come across staff who make you feel this comfortable and valued, but these two truly went above and beyond. Thank you for brightening my day with your kindness and warmth!"

"Nice refurbished Costa with lots of seating options in the back of the caffe. Prices are lower compared to other high street coffee chains but quality is on par. The baristas are friendly and give recommendations if you can’t decide on what to choose. We had ordered an iced latte with soy milk and a chocolate fudge brownie frappe with coffee - both drinks were nice!"

"I have been to this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming and very clean and immaculate 5 Star Award Winning Costa Coffee Shop in North Finchley lot's of times before. All of the Staff including the Manager whom all work in Collaboration with each other are all very kind, courteous, intelligent, dedicated, educated, talented and very knowledgeable people themselves. In addition to that once again all of the Staff including the Manager whom all work in Collaboration with each other all of them have always been Extremely lovely people towards me themselves all of the time and they provide me with very good customer service to the very best of their ability. The Cappuccino Coffee which they sell at this Costa Coffee Shop with Chocolate sprinkled on top is very nice and Beautiful indeed and also the Earl Grey Tea which they also sell at this Costa Coffee Shop is very nice and Beautiful indeed. All of the Cakes they sell at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming 5 Star Award Winning Costa are very tasty and very delicious indeed. All of the Staff including the Manager whom all work in Collaboration with each other work very well together as a team. I am definitely coming back to this Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Costa Coffee Shop in North Finchley again in the Foreseeable Future all being well."
